Excellent customer service and amazing showroom and awesome attitude! The place is totally customer centric. Jason was very helpful in showing the options and cars we were looking for. Marvin Ledesma did a fantastic job explaining various pricing, warranty and maintenance options. Marvin was very customer friendly and always ready to go one step above and beyond to keep customer happy. Overall great place for shopping a Mercedez !!

Moe Firoz and his team are very professional and provided quality and valuable service for my Sprinter van. I called him at the last minute and he was able to schedule me in the next day after he confirmed he had the parts in stock. His great service exceeded my expectations!

I have to admit, I am surprised from all of the negative reviews here... If I were to screen them, I might be hesitant to go here. But then again, you're more likely to hear from disgruntled customers or individuals that truly did have a negative experience versus the majority of people that have a positive experience with customer service. So I feel like some honest and positive perspective is needed here:

I've come here on 3 different occasions now and have always had a great experience with the service team. They are polite, friendly, and very quick with service. Yes, I realize that some specific services will take a long time, but that's with any car dealership.

The first two occasions were for minor help and they actually let me come in without an appointment and helped me out right away. Today, I came in to get service for some minor scratches/wear and tear on my car and they were great! I worked with Mr. Sean Rivera and he quickly diagnosed the issue and made a recommendation for me on how to address the scratches. I came in at 2:00 PM, and he called me right back at 2:30 PM to say they were done. He walked me to my car to let me see the work that they did and it looked brand new again.

So needless to say this will be my go to place for servicing my car, and even though I'm 30-45 minutes away, it's worth the drive to me because of the customer service. I truly think some of the negative reviews might have to do with pandemic issues (i.e. lack of staff and slower than usual service) and it's not a fair reflection on their part. A lot of industries have been slammed from COVID. So I think people need to take a step back and think before they blast an angry review. But hey, everyone is entitled to their opinion. I recommend them with two thumbs up.
