They are always professional, always communicate what is happening and when things will be done, they have gone out of their way to make my experience with them perfect.

I brought my car in for the usual annual service and bought a new set of tires. Everything went smoothly and the turn around was great! I am thinking about getting another car from them and would highly recommend bringing your car here.

(April 25, 2021, 7:32 pm)Brought my 2020 Taycan in for a major software update (WMA5 and WMA7). This is a new and incredibly challenging update in which some of the earlier vehicles had issues and needed to be updated repeatedly. Michelle, my service advisor, gave me an upfront read that the update on my vehicle might need to be in for longer than expected. Fortunately, my update went smoothly and Porsche of Fremont was great enough to keep me updated of the progress. Thanks!!!
