Marvin at Fletcher Jones understood exactly what was important for us during our purchase process. My sales representative Jason Yang was very patient and supportive in helping me to choose the desired GLC for my family.
Jason was very professional and provided valuable services (different Model comparison; different GLC options comparison; test drive ..etc...) to us.

Ask for Luis. He provided excellent service. He had the car ready to test drive when we arrived. He was clear with all the communications. He was very pleasant and friendly throughout the experience.
AJ (Finance Manager) was great. He made us feel comfortable. He was quick in closing the deal and getting us the best payment terms. We ended up going for a longer term than what we had initially planned for.
