This dealership and all of the staff are absolutely AMAZING. My sister wanted to purchase a Cadillac CT4 and the exact one she wanted was at Stevens Creek Cadillac. We attempted to purchase the vehicle from Stevens Creek Cadillac, but we were approached by a rude salesperson and manager/supervisor. I walked away from Stevens Creek Cadillac and called Fremont Cadillac to see if they would be able to help us. When I called one of the salesmen Jorge F., picked up and he made my life very easy. Jorge F. was nothing but respectful and made sure to listen to what I was looking for.

My sister and I ended up going to Fremont Cadillac on the weekend. Jorge F. was there and greeted us and took my sister on a test drive. I talked to Jorge F. and told him about my situation with Stevens Creek Cadillac and how I did not want to purchase the vehicle from them. He understood and made sure to take care of us and get us the exact vehicle my sister wanted. The vehicle she wanted was in transit and Jorge F. was absolutely incredible in making sure I was kept informed of the vehicle. It took less than a month for the vehicle to get here and Jorge F. always kept me informed about the vehicle and insured me that he would get me that vehicle.

This dealership and its staff are really good at what they do, and you don’t have to deal with the harassment or the lack of such as Stevens Creek Cadillac. They have great customer service and give you the best deal.

Overall if you are thinking about a Cadillac don’t waste your time with any other Cadillac dealership but Fremont Cadillac. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and respectful. However, our salesman Jorge F. and the finance team went above and beyond. Fremont Cadillac sets the bar for an amazing customer experience. Jorge F. is the man when it comes to buying a Cadillac, he will make sure you get exactly what you want. Also, the finance team is very knowledgeable and not pushy at all.
