when the owner Casey picked up he let me know he would have someone over within 2 hours! The job was more involved then originally thought but the whole team jumped on it!

I am so impressed by every interaction I have had with Casey & Colton at Rock Solid Drains. This team provides service that exceeds expectations at every level. They did a sewer line inspection for us, with less than 24 hours notice, on the Friday of a holiday weekend. They were able to complete the sewer inspection, which a much larger company was unable to do. And they verified that the costly next steps that said larger company suggested, were in fact completely unnecessary. Their professionalism, competency & integrity ended up saving us a significant amount of money. Colton recently came by and troubleshooted a drainage issue with our dishwasher. He was very methodical, checked all drain lines including into the dishwasher, which required pulling it out and disconnecting the waste line. We appreciated that he showed up on time, was thorough, and resolved our issue. This is the second time we've used Rock Solid Drains and although I would love to never have to call them again, they are now our go-to outfit for any drain issues that may emerge.
