Great location, room comfy enough, dated but comfy, room clean. Not the most comfy bed but ok. Virtually no tv and hardly any sound so why have tv? Hair dryer, iron and board supplied. Also micro, fridge and coffee machine provided. No complaints about room or room service.
Breakfast room annoyed me. Nice welcoming fireplace on foggy morning not lit and he looked annoyed when I asked if it worked. He flipped a switch. 2 muffins in one bin and other 2 bins empty. I had waffle and noticed syrup bowl empty. I think man at front desk needs alittle tlc training.
Probably won't stay here again as we're elderly but in good shape but had to haul our luggage up 2 flights of stairs, not fun.
Asked him if next time could be reserve bottom floor answer was 1st come, yet you make a reservation? So we won't be staying here again because of this. Otherwise hotel was acceptable.

Average room and accommodations. You get what you pay for. What we expected. So we were satisfied. Would go back again.

The staff was very friendly, location was perfect.... wasn't close to noise, only a mile or 2 from shopping. Room was very very clean, bed was comfortable, all and all, great stay.

I got one of best nights sleep I've ever had at a hotel. Everything smelled fine when I first opened the door, and it was nice and clean.
My only complaint was breakfast, they should add some kind of bread and hard boiled eggs.
But I'm very satisfied with the place.
