Beach House Hotel

This is the perfect little getaway. The view from my bed was wonderful. In the morning, sitting on the patio with coffee, mom and the ocean were priceless. Tranquil and peaceful. The room has everything you need for comfort. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. This is my new go-to getaway.

We had a wonderful time and loved our stay. The room was clean and spacious. And what an advantage to have an ocean view! We appreciated the closeness to the walking trail and to Sam's next door. We were treated well by the kind and helpful reception staff. We'd considered staying at the Ritz-Carlton, but couldn't justify the room rate/resort fee/parking prices for a room that didn't even face the ocean. I think maybe the best aspect of all was the quiet and peacefulness of our stay. It didn't feel like there were many people around. We saw fellow guests at breakfast, but that was about it. I can't think of anything that would need improvement.

This was our second stay at the Beautiful beach House since last August and our impressions were the same....
EXCELLENCE in accommmodations, cleanliness of suite and indoor areas, maintenance of property, friendly demeanor of cleaning staff, professional demeanor of admission personnel and their willingness to assist when needed. Our first visit was last August, Rm 112 that we thoroughly enjoyed. Since this getaway was for my birthday, we chose to stay on the penthouse floor, Rm 309. Outstanding location with its beautiful views from the slider and balcony. The penthouse will be chosen for our future trips to the Beach House Hotel. My wife and I thank you for making our trips to Half Moon Bay so memorable. Note: I do wish you still included the scones for morning breakfast. They are delicious and missed them on this trip.

This hotel was adorable! The location is great..super quiet and peaceful. We decided to get an ocean view room and it was 100% worth it! The rooms came with little fireplace logs, which was a nice touch, and you were able to call the desk for another round of logs! We ended up calling the front desk pretty late, around 9pm... and the receptionist was so sweet and let us know she was working alone and a little busy, but that she would bring us our logs with no hesitation. I can see how the parking would get a little hectic, but we went on an off season so it was perfect! We will definitely be returning!

The Beach House exceeded our expectations! Good/positive customer service is hard to find now a days. We were treated like guests here! The rooms were so clean that I couldn't find a dusty window sill if I wanted to! The beds were comfy and and did I mention CLEAN? The continental breakfast was also very good. I loved the ham and cheese croissants! Lots of variety. The hotel was quaint and felt cozy! They also had local recommended places to visit close by, although most places closed by 9 pm. Thank you for the great service and sharing your beautiful hotel! We will be back!
