I lived here for 4.5 years up until April 2023 and was sad to have to move due to work relocation. This place is a family-run business, so I always dealt with the family directly. They always provided quick service and was reasonable with annual rent adjustments (even before rent control started). It's a clean, quiet, small complex with no frills, but I didn't want to pay for those things anywya. My apt was very large space wise and I made good use of the patio. I would rent from them again, if work ever brings me back to the area.
