The community is one of the safest around the area. Well maintained and secure neighborhood. Away from traffic and pleasant atmosphere.

I live in Revela for 3 years.

This apartment location is great, close to everywhere. Inside the community, it's very beautiful and quiet. BBQ grills, swimming pool, fitness center, meeting room, etc. it provides everything you'd expect from an apartment, with great quality. There is a new city park one block away from the apartment, which is super nice for kids.

The staff of the community are friendly and nice, special thanks to two folks: Micah, the community manager, welcomed me in day one, responded to many of my questions and concerns, always remember every residents name and say hi immediately when we meet. Juan, the community maintainer, fixed small and big issues in my unit here and there for numerous times, every time he is super friendly and patient, always making sure the issue is completely resolved before calling it a day. My family can't say enough thanks to his hard work.

Trying to think of cons of the apartment, but really hard to find. There were false alarm issues 1 or 2 years ago, pretty bad, but does not happen for almost 1 year.

Overall, I definitely recommend this apartment.

Just renewed my lease here. Overall it’s a nice experience living here. Good location, clean and safe. I enjoyed going to the gym, hanging out by the pool and walking around the light trail areas. Gray star also offer free online courses, which is great to attend during COVID. Management always communicate things via email ahead of time.

Regarding the fire alarm issue, I’ve seen it improved a lot. I live in phase 1, and I seldom have fire alarm issues. Remember all new apartments properties will have alarm issues here and there.

Mx and management are great. I have few minor requests, and they all resolved in a timely manner.

Just come visit the community to see if you like it or not. I have to say some of the reviews are misleading, not just for the ones for revela. When I was looking for apartment, I just rely on my own judgment I got from touring. Different people have different stories, and when it comes to stories, there is not always straight answer.

Really a lovely place!!! Revela is a very new community (2019?) and all facilities: gym, pool, unit, BBQ are in excellent condition. It is a bit distant from groceries but you get very quiet neighborhood, little traffic, excellent walking around. The management team is the best I've experienced: very friendly, always willing to help. During Covid I had to WFH, went to the study room to try the public printer, the office manager offered to use her printer for me right away; first week moved in, I locked myself out in the night, called the afterhour # they showed up in 7 minutes!... They do a great job to keep the place clean and safe. If I could I would live there forever.
