(September 30, 2021, 12:05 am)10/10 would recommend this property! I put in a maintenance request in the evening after work for a clogged pipe in my kitchen. Less than 12 hours later it was handled by the maintenance team and a plumber was at my apartment the next morning! Amazing! Have never had a maintenance request get completed that quickly and it’s surely not the first time I’ve been amazed. Grounds are great, amenities are great, apartments are great. Thank you Bristol Commons teams!

The community is nice and quite, the maintenance is top notch and the leasing office is very responsive. Dan from maintenance is a thorough professional and makes sure maintenance issues are resolved super quickly. This community is a great place to be.

(August 19, 2021, 7:42 pm)I've been living here for almost 2 years now and the management has always been very quick and thorough in their responses. The courtyard is a nice place to study or work and the grill and fireplace is easy to use. The communal areas are well maintained and cleaned very regularly. Also, I have never had any noise problems with my neighbors.
The best part about living in the complex is that the maintenance requests get resolved very quickly. I've lived in different apartments before where it took weeks for them to acknowledge a problem. Whether it's plumbing, lighting, or dishwasher issue, the maintenance engineer here, Dan, has always responded within a couple of hours and quickly fixed the issues. He's very good at his job and always explained the causes of the issues in a friendly way. -
