Sam is the absolute best in Livermore! Couldn't have asked for a better person to deal with in purchasing my car. The car arrived late as he had to drive it (yes, himself) from Arizona. He was up till late getting us sorted out as you can see from the pic. Trustworthy, honest, patient, he'll never sell you a car that he himself won't drive in it. Really appreciate your work, Sam!

Sam has to be one of the best in the business. Making sure that the community has a place to find reliable cars. My car buying experience was just as smooth as the Lexus I drove off in. Sam is knowledgeable, friendly and believes in doing right by his customers. If he doesn’t have what you’re looking for I still recommend you give him a call. He will find exactly what you are looking for but more importantly, Sam will make sure that the car has been well taken care of by the previous owner or he will not buy the vehicle. A happy customer is a returning customer and a friend for life and Sam has definitely earned that.
If you are worried about getting ripped off by a shark just looking to take your money and put you in a unreliable endless money pit, I understand. Sam is not that guy at all and I am HIGHLY recommending him!

This place is AMAZING, I simply can not recommend Beta Automotive Superstore highly enough. When you roll up to the office, you may think it looks different than a "usual" dealership and be slightly off-put that it is in a business center and you cannot see the cars. We were a little surprised and did not know what to think when we first arrived. But, the reason it doesn't look like another dealership is because it is not LIKE any other dealership. The cars are kept safely garaged inside and Sam has everything he needs to make sure the process is perfect inside the location. Just ready yourself for an amazing car buying experience and shed any "usual" dealership expectations before you arrive. Sam is super patient and extremely thorough. The cars he sells are top quality and you could not work with a better person when buying your next car. He was so kind to my entire family while we looked at the car. I have two children, and he spoke to them and engaged them like they were a part of the process, and then allowed them to watch some baby shark (doo doo) in the office while we performed the test drives and completed all the paperwork. Honestly, he just made the entire process super painless. We loved that there is zero pressure here; he knows he has the best cars at the best price so he doesn't need to use any annoying sales tactics. Seriously, if you are in the market for a used car, do yourself a favor and go to Beta and work with Sam!

Wonderful experience. Car was exactly as advertised. Better than I expected, honestly. Been in the market for a particular car for months and checked out around 8 and this is the first one that lived up to the description and pictures. Sam's philosophy on the used car business is honorable and I respect how he buys and sells cars. Very easy experience, out the door within an hour! I will be recommending Sam for anyone in the used car market.

Sam is great! Makes the car buying process easy and much less mysterious. He really helped me find the right car. He drove 80 miles for my car, made sure it was worthy, noted any issues and brought it to me. There are not many car guys like Sam. He maintains high standards so you can maintain high expectations, and have them met. You will not be disappointed!
