(June 19, 2023, 10:44 am)I had yet another great service experience at Livermore Lincoln. I do not blame the service team for the lack of availability on parts. I felt as if the service was top notch. I was in for normal maintenance that was not covered under warranty. Andre went over and above when he realized that a part I may need was on back order. Alignment and brake service was great and the car drives like new now! The prices were a bit high, but it’s a Lincoln. I expected that when I purchased the vehicle. I still love driving it after 2 years.

(April 20, 2023, 6:05 pm)So far so good at Livermore Lincoln! The staff is always great! James K. is always awesome to work with. We had to re-schedule an appointment once and it was easy peasey. Kudos to Rochelle also for going out of her way to provide a courtesy car. Thanks Livermore Lincoln!
