Luv the studio, instructor and location! It's perfect for me. I have been looking for a local yoga studio for awhile that provides flexible schedule and close to home. Finally I found it and will be going more often. Thanks so much for caring!!

I recently took a yoga class with Allie and was blown away by her unique teaching style. She brought a fresh perspective to the practice, incorporating elements of dance and mindfulness that I have never experienced before in a yoga class. Her energy was contagious and she provided clear and concise instructions that made it easy for me to follow along, with room to try things I have always wanted to. I left the class feeling energized, relaxed, and with a greater understanding of how to connect my mind and body. I highly recommend Allie to anyone looking to try something new and challenging in their yoga practice.

I've been attending classes with Allie since they opened and I absolutely love it. She makes things seem fun, even the hard stuff. The energy she gives off makes the (very clean and soothing) studio a safe space for everyone in there.
I was looking for something to get myself more active and I'm not a fan of "gym culture", so I thought I'd give this a try and i don't regret it. I've been feeling more balanced, not just physically, but mentally as well when class is done.
Great staff and a great space make this a welcoming community. Highly recommend!

I’m a 51yo out of shape woman who has found the most supportive & fun environment to get my arse into shape! These yoga teachers are fantastic. I attend weekday evenings & weekend mornings, each teacher offers something a little different & my body appreciates the variety of movements. I started taking yoga for the flexibility & strengthening, the meditation & supportive community keeps me coming back. Give this studio a try, your body & mind will thank you!

I've been to several sessions now and I love this studio. The instructors are knowledgeable and cater their moves to various skill levels.
Also, the studio is very clean. I only mention this because I have been to some bad ones in the Bay Area.
