(April 12, 2023, 2:34 pm)Really great gym. Have to take a look for yourself. From the outside it looks a bit small but once you get a tour of it, it's really big. They have about 5 squat racks, a good amount of machines. The staff is very friendly and for the most part people who go to this gym have really good etiquette. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a gym.

(March 8, 2023, 6:43 pm)Took instructor Aaron's Wednesday 6am bootcamp today. It was intense, but really felt the burn and worth it.
Highly recommend it for everyone and anyone who wants to lose weight, tone up their body or just have a good workout with a knowledgeable instructor.
All of his exercises were suitable for all fitness levels and never sweated or was challenged so much in a group class before. Thank you so much! Counting days until next Wednesday 6am to take it again! -

(February 17, 2023, 6:48 pm)Small but they offer a lot and have great week day hours that make it possible to fit in a workout on almost anyone's schedule. They also have great staff and offer therapeutic services like massage, chiropractic, and more nicely located to a few tea and coffee spots too
