(November 10, 2022, 11:50 am)I've been studying Pilates with Harriet for over 20 years. The changes I have experienced in my body are dramatic. I have more strength, flexibility and better posture than I did 20 years ago. As well, I have increased my bone density per my latest Dexa scan.
Pilates is not just an exercise, but an art form. I had studied with another studio before I found Harriet, and she transformed my practice from good to great. Her body awareness, intuition, and ability to bring a wealth of knowledge from other disciplines into her teaching is unique.
Harriet has an uncanny ability to see what I'm doing with my body even through baggy clothing and give me queues to correct my form and activate the right muscles to perform the exercise for the most benefit..
Every session is tailored to give me just what I need that day. I can't recommend Harriet enough for anyone who wants to take their Pilates experience to the next level.
