Tony runs a legit boxing gym. If you want to learn proper form, workout with amateurs and pros this is the place! Even if you’re just here to work out and sweat this place has got you covered regardless of your level. He has every variety of boxing equipment you’ll need as well as other calisthenics and weight equipment. He personally runs his classes and makes sure you get a good workout.

Everyone is friendly and as he describes it, this is a Family Gym that covers all levels. People greet each other and Tony knows everyone who works out here.

For starters, Tony is a very friendly individual. As owner of the gym he makes sure to teach his classes, and he teaches them well. I have been coming here for a few months now and have a wonderful time. Everyone who comes into the gym is incredibly friendly and they'll help you out when you first start. For example when I first started I did not know anything about the sport. At best I knew I had arms and was prepared to used them. Tony had to start from scratch so he taught me proper footwork and how to throw a jab. Mario is the tall fellow who taught me how to wrap. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a good time while working out.

This place is amazing! I did not have any previous boxing experience before doing two individual lessons with Miguel. He is a great instructor and really taught me valuable footwork and handwork and put me through a great workout. I promise you you will leave exhausted yet satisfied! If you are looking to learn and advance your boxing fundamentals, as well as get a tough workout in, this is the place for you. Miguel's positive demeanor and knowledge also makes it really fun. Overall, a great experience!
