    One of my favorite gyms of all the ones I've gone to over decades (I go to Redwood City). Friendly coaches, great camaraderie, and kick-a*s workouts. I feel so much overall strong and flexible than I have for quite some time, and the workouts vary enough that I haven't gotten bored at all after 8 months. Great place.

    INCREDIBLE PLACE. I go to the Menlo Park location and usually have Ken or Darren as my coaches. They are THE BEST - they push me hard, but are so personable, helpful, caring and FUN. I am the most "fit" I've been probably since high school (which was a LONG time ago), and being in shape actually makes me want to be more active. I've referred numerous friends. Can't say enough good things. Invest in yourself and do this!

    AWESOME classes! I started in June 2019 at the Burlingame site and 6 months later my friends and family ALL notice a difference. As proof to myself, I recently visited family and went to the local Y there and noticed it was now VERY challenging to hit my max heart rate when doing strenuous work on the elliptical. It tended to stay between 135-140, prior to that it would be like 145-150. Further, my strength has increased dramatically as well as some definite increase in muscle mass (IE Ive had to buy larger t-shirts :). This is just a super fun class! Join and STICK to the 6AM class with Couch JB and you wont regret it!

    I have never done this type of work out before but I love it. I am 55 yrs old and I work out 3-4 days a week at 6 am. I feel that I am being watched all the time to make sure I am doing the exercises correctly . It is a little expensive but worth it. They do offer help with your diet but I haven't taken advantage of it yet. There no time like the present to get in shape .
