Christian came to my house to see what is needed on various plumbing projects and provide an estimate. Showed up on time. Seemed knowledgeable, professional, patient, and communicated very clearly.

We had the pleasure of working with the exceptional team of Alex and Erasmo from Superior Plumbing for a washer dryer hookup installation in our garage, and they exceeded our expectations. We appreciate their expertise and adaptability throughout the process, as they carefully assessed our project needs. Their meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail were truly impressive. Additionally, their friendly demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable when adjustments needed to be made. We were very pleased with the final result. Our 1970's house needed to get the galvanized pipes replaced (all the shutoff valves were frozen, and we had rusty water in the mornings). This is a big and expensive job, so I got quotes from half a dozen plumbing companies in the area. I chose to go with Alex and Superior Plumbing because I could tell they were going to do a top quality job, for what I thought was a reasonable price. The final selling point for me was how communicative Alex was, it gave me peace of mind that I would be able to reach someone if I ever had any issues during or after the process.

As for the work itself, they first had to deal with my *extremely* difficult HOA to get the approval process done. I think most people would have said "screw this" and left me in the dust, but Alex showed some astonishing levels of patience that I can only aspire to have...

After about a month of fighting the HOA, we finally got to start the repipe project. The team went out of their way to retain the bush in our driveway, trimming it instead of removing it. This made their repipe from the water meter more difficult, but helped us avoid further problems with our HOA.

As for the repipe itself, the whole team was extremely nice, and did a great job installing copper piping, new shutoff valves inside and outside the house. It took one day longer than expected (4 days of 3 days), but I prefer and appreciate them doing it right, instead of rushing the process to meet a deadline. We have had zero issues since the install. The drywall cuts were square and clean, which will make our patch/paint job easier as well.

We had all of our galvanized pipes replaced with copper pipes. The team, Alex, Christen, Ramiro and Luis, did an excellent job!!! They were neat and clean and took all the old pipe and scrap away. Excellent craftsmanship and all were very nice and courteous to my wife and I. They went above and beyond what the job required! I would recommend them highly!!!

First time ever using our new home warranty in the Bay Area, and luckily, they chose Superior Plumbing to come out and clean out a drain in our shower. Andy was super professional, on time, and took time to educate me on the situation. Incredibly grateful for service professionals that see the value in their work, care about their customers (even though I was an "indirect" customer), and want to be helpful.
