Francisco Cabrera from Knockout Plumbing & Repipe came over for a plumbing need. During the time of the service, Francisco was very honest, professional and efficient. He brought shoe covers to wear when coming into the house. He even climbed under the crawl space to check things out. Francisco is definitely the image of Knockout Plumbing & Repipe. We will for sure be using their service and recommend them to all our friends in the future.

Francisco and Fernando replaced our shower valve to allow us to once again get hot water in our shower. The job turned out to be more extensive than originally thought. The team was on-time, responsive, professional, and very friendly in explaining what they had to do to fix the issue. They did the service on the same day as providing the estimate, so very quick turn-around and while expensive, competitively priced. I would definitely use Knockout Plumbing again for my home plumbing needs. Francisco and Fernando were AWESOME representatives for your company. Expensive, but good experience. THANK YOU!!

We hired Knockout for a severely clogged toilet. I was impressed with their prompt follow up. The crew was super friendly and professional. They were patient in explaining what was wrong. Our Tech even crawled under the house to see how the pipes were laid out to determine the cause of our clog. After several attempts and 2 visits they cleared the clog with some powerful machinery. I would definitely recommend them. They are on the costly side of plumbing repair, but I think they are definitely worth it for their professionalism and diligence and making the customer happy.

Edgar and his team are amazing. They are prompt and communicate quickly. He has helped us twice in the last 4 weeks at 2 separate locations. First was a sewer blockage that they cleared quickly and second was an old, rusted, dirt filled exterior storm drain. They successfully cleared it and also found three small golf balls from inside the pipe. He is very knowledgeable and offered solid alternatives for us to consider. Once he and his team solved the problem, he provided additional steps to ensure the problem never happens again.

Edgar was prompt in providing us with an estimate as well as getting to our home quickly in the midst of some devastating storms.

Knockout Plumbing is currently repairing the water leakage of our house. So far they have done great work on this project. Edgar is genuinely dependable, honest, and expert master-technician related to any plumbing issue or question one can have. He inspected the plumbing system of the whole house and patiently explained and educated me about various components and concerns without putting any pressure whatsoever to stack up more works, unlike other companies who try to rob their naive customers. The lead technician, Jorge, is also very responsive, accommodating, punctual, and pleasing to work with. Knockout Plumbing has gone above and beyond to give me the peace of mind. I don’t think I’ll ever look for another plumbing company (especially Edgar) for any of my future work that they can handle. The project is still in progress and I’ll update my review when it gets completed.
