Gary Mullins Mind Body Soul Training

I have been going to Gary for the last year, I am not one who loves to work out but Gary makes working out fun. I see him 2-3 times a week and I feel much stronger and in better shape than before I started with him. I wholeheartedly recommend Gary for anyone who wants a fun, productive personal trainer!

I've been working out with Gary for about 6 months and I've had a great experience! As someone who has always struggled to find exercise enjoyable and struggled to stick with it, this has been a huge change for me. Gary is clearly very knowledgeable and is always adapting exercises or introducing something new. He creates a really tailored approach, and his attitude and style of training has really changed my relationship with exercise!

I have been working with Gary for personal physical training over the past year and he has helped me create a personalized exercise routine that I can use regularly for strength and weight training and be comfortable with. He is very professional, has a great attention to detail, flexible with scheduling, and super friendly. He gives personalized tips, patiently answers all my questions on the form for doing an exercise, and his post workout notes are super helpful too. Gary is super knowledgeable and friendly, and his backyard gym space is so welcoming and fun. I'm feeling great so far and a lot more confident with working out thanks to his guidance and knowledge. I made a phone call due to water leaking from top seam of my water heater. After giving my address to the rep by text, the service guy came just in 45mins, quite fast. The replacement of the water heater was quick, no problem at all. The quick job at Friday afternoon helped me a lot.

Our water heater went south on a Saturday morning in February 2021. I started calling local companies in the Pleasanton, CA area for service. We really wanted our hot water on the weekend, not schedule an appointment during the following week. After calling several businesses, Nadjib answered my call and was at our house within 30 minutes wearing his mask and pandemic conscious. We discussed the bad heater. Nadjib verbally quoted me and we agreed to do the job same day. He ran to his supplier to get the replacement WH prior to their 12 noon closing time. Shortly he returned and went to work replacing our 75 gallon WH. Nadjib completed the job by 3:00pm and really paid a lot of attention to his work quality and cleaning the entire area around the WH in our garage. The 16 year old hot water recirculation pump looked brand new, and the quality of the copper piping was exceptional.
After Nadjib completed the job and was on his way, a few of the plumbing companies I called in the morning started returning my calls from the morning. It is likely they were well practiced at calling back at the end of the day to schedule calls during the upcoming work week, keeping customers without hot water for who knows how long.
