I appreciate that this location stays open pretty late, as I can get my coffee fix before my graveyard shifts. My only complaint is employee attitude, there was no greeting at the drive thru. At one point I thought they were closed until I spoke up and a female employee says “How can I help you” very bluntly. No greeting and no “you’re welcome” at the end of it. Please work on politeness! :)

Starbucks at Willow Ave is the best. Starting with their Manager and the other baristas.. This store and their employees are at all of the City of Hercules Community events. A great example of community involvement. Thank you.
