More than once I drove out there just to browse and buy inside to find that they locked the front doors(drive thru only). Other than that the food and atmosphere is up to Starbucks standards.

BUT THE BREAKFAST AND OATMEAL I LOVE LOVE LOVE so much lol ... I asked for cream n sugar on the side but no I got in . I was like o well the girl got kinds like I can make it again but I just want her to know IM NOT TRIPPING LOL WE STRAIGHT... CUSTOMER service a 7 stars 🌟 🤩

Had an experience worth leaving a good review for this weekend. I ended up wanting a coffee when I guess everyone else in town did. When I got there and saw the parking lot I almost bailed but figured what the heck I'd go in since I was already there. Even in the thick of coffee rush hour the staff was so pleasant and kind so I wanted to shout out their positive attitudes and professionalism during a busy time when often times people let their customer service skills slip. Keep up the great work folks!

This location has some good areas to use to knock out some work when in the Richmond Parkway area. Staff was friendly and when I have visited mid morning it hasn’t been busy or too crowded. Good place to have an offsite meeting. Beverages and food items are just like any other Starbucks.
