I just received the most God awful experience with a woman by the name of Janine. I was trying to understand what she was explaining regarding my account and I reiterated what she said and she started yelling at me and telling me that I needed to speak with Katie. I was only trying to understand what was going on with my account. I have been a customer with Snell Mini Storage for over 15 years and I am appalled by how I was treated. She was rude and very inconsiderate. She has absolutely NO customer skills or compassion whatsoever. Snell Mini Storage has always had kind people working for them. I am so disappointed with how I was treated by her. -

(October 8, 2021, 10:49 am)Only complaint about this place, its next to Granite Rock concrete recyclers. They create a TON of dust. So all this dust migrates into your locker. Makes a total mess. Office staff very friendly. Reasonable prices.

Smell Mini Storage is perfect for my needs although wish I had longer hours to get access due to my work schedule I find it difficult to do some needed clearing out.
