I called this business after reading the excellent reviews! Lupe answered the phone and booked my appt when it was convenient for me. When I took my car in for the smog, Tim, the owner, greeted me right away and directed me to check in at the office for the paperwork. Lupe is very professional, kind, and an asset to Tim’s business. Tim was done with the smog in 20 minutes. They were very busy and “so efficient and professional” throughout the entire experience. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great service today! I called ahead and was able to sneak in for what was essentially a walk-in, during an otherwise busy day. The smog check was done quickly and everyone was friendly. After finishing the test, there was a small honest input mistake on the certificate (incorrect odometer reading). The owner went back out right away, tested it again and got me the new certificate, no problem!

Excellent service! I didn't have an appointment, and they squeezed me in. Even without an appointment, they were super fast. I think I waited 15 minutes for the test. Everyone was very friendly. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I am a repeat customer and will never go anywhere else. The customer service is tremendous—all smiles, genuine kindness, and professionalism. This is a company that truly cares about taking care of its customers. They are fast, efficient, and do a great job. They are a fabulous asset to Vacaville.
