Jesus was very efficient and knowledgeable and repaired our leak permanently we were very pleased with his service. He also educated us on things to look out for in the future and how to prevent further problems. We would highly recommend his services.

All of our plumbing backed up late in the day and they were able to come out and clear us up. They were so friendly and talked us through the issue and what we can do to avoid any issues going forward. They didn’t try to upsell us or sell us services that we didn’t need!

Roto Rooter was not some place that I thought of calling but I needed a plumber on a weekend so I gave them a try and I'm so happy that I did. I scheduled an appointment online on Friday night and Eugene was our Tech who showed up Saturday morning.
He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable which impressed me. He explained the plumbing situation and what I love the most is that they have every plumbing tool they need on their vans with them. We've called plumbers for the same situation and the plumbers did not have the equipment with them rhat they needed. He shared information to help us keep our plumbing drains working efficiently and explained everything , They let you know exactly when the technician is coming. We have had plumbers thinking that they would be better than Roto Rooter and boy was I wrong. Call Roto Rooter you won't be disappointed.

Eugene worked on my toilet diligently for nearly an hour, plunging, scraping and clearing the buildup of calcium and other sediment in my toilet drain. The next time it backs up I know I’ll need to get a new toilet, but for now he did a good job extending its life. He was prompt, polite, pleasant, and clear in explaining what was going on. I would not hesitate to recommend this business. Know also that RotoRooter offers a free onsite estimate, not a $89 service call charge which another plumbing business I called would have charged.

While watching my cousin's dogs, i noticed a problem. She called (out of town) at 4:00 and he was seen at 6:00. Such kind, compassionate people. I've referred so many people! Shilo, Dr Wood, and their entire team are fabulous!

We have been customers of Country Care Animal Clinic for about 6 months, and have been very happy with their services. At our previous vet, our dog had a traumatic experience as a puppy. At Country Care Animal Clinic they are very patient, understanding, and gentle with him. Quick replies, friendly staff, and good prices as well, I would highly recommend them.

Everyone here is so kind and compassionate. We started coming here years ago when our normal vet couldn't get us in quickly when my elderly dog kept getting sick in his last year of life. After one visit we fully switched over to Country Care because of the kindness they showed us and our pup was next level, and they were extremely thorough in their exams to get to the bottom of his issues while not breaking the bank. We never feel like a number here but like part of the family.

The receptionist is delightful and kind, the medical staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the veterinarians are patient! I have had dwindling hope that I would find another family operated Veterinary Hospital after my favorite local DVM retired until now. I highly recommend this team and trust them with the medical care for all my pets. Prices are extremely reasonable and for a small facility they will surprise you with brand new, top notch in house imaging and lab equipment. Thank you Country Care!
