(June 11, 2018, 6:06 pm)Quality is a great resource for Southern Marin; they offer excellent service, reasonable prices and seem able to address issues on virtually anything with two wheels and a motor. I've had four totally different machines in his shop and he was comfortable working on all of them. Even if all you need is a battery or a set of tires, you'll be happy you stopped by.

(December 10, 2017, 11:53 am)For a very strange reason, my throttle got stuck fully open after a light dump up the hill. I free wheeled down and by sheer luck ended up parking right next to Quality Motorcycles at 5pm on a Saturday afternoon. Bill took us in and we had to take the whole bike apart (R1200RT) to finally find the stuck hoses pulling on the cruise control line. The man is like all of us with a garage problem: passionate with the occasional swear, thorough, and not giving up until the problem is solved. It was about 7:30pm when we (thank you for letting me help) put back the 3 million screws holding the plastics together. Yes, I dumped a lot of cash, but going home on Saturday night is worth lots of kudos. Thank you.

(January 20, 2014, 1:47 am)I've been having Bill work on my bikes for a decade now. He is hands down the best troubleshooter I have ever met, and can do anything motorcycle related, all the while being fair and honest. Rare qualities in the MC industry.

(August 28, 2013, 6:14 pm)This shop saved my tour. I got a flat in the Muir Woods and the owner happened to be working late. I nursed the bike over there, had a new tire and a professional eye on the bike. Learned about the Sunday Morning Rides from the staff while I waited.

(March 21, 2012, 10:24 pm)Honest mechanic. Just purchased a street bike and wanted it checked out. Stopped by unannounced, took the time to give my bike a quick look, needed a chain. Asked about the sprockets, said he will check them when new chain is on. Guess what, sprockets are fine, can you believe I found a honest mechanic? He could of told and sold me sprockets but was honest. Recommend this guy? Absolutely.
