Earlier today I took my rear wheel off and my brake caliper ended up off its pin! My only option at the hour was Matt at Bike Armory and he offered me a stand and mallet to fix it myself. I was being careless and accidentally let my fully loaded dr650 tip over in the process. Next thing I know Matt is there to catch it before it hits the ground and lifts it back up! Great guy and very knowledgeable.

Highly recommend bike armory. Have a lot of respect for the way Matt works. He’s open late and always available because he knows how hard it can be to get serviced when you need to. He was thorough in his assessment for what my bike needed and he explained everything in an easy to understand way. He was transparent about cost of parts and labor, was very quick to order the parts my bike needed, and then completed the work in less hours than I expected.

First person I’d recommend if you need work done on your motorcycle no matter what you ride.

Excellent communication and fast tire change. Also, very clean installation of fender eliminator. I've enjoyed meeting the owner and i'm glad to have him in the area.

Matt takes customer service to the A group level!!! He listens and dials in your bike to your needs like nobody else! Trust me you won't ever regret buying from bike armory!!!

Matt and Bike Armory are awesome and truly lifesavers. On a recent ride, I got stranded in the Marin hills with minimal cell service. I thought I would have to drop hundreds of dollars to get trailed out. I called Matt after finding him online; he quickly showed up, even though he was in his way to dinner.

Long story short, turns out I had a bad solenoid and an old battery. After replacing the battery, cleaning out the carriage, and hooking the bike to his car to bypass the solenoid, I was able to ride myself back to San Francisco. Matt was incredibly knowledgable, understanding, generous with his time, and helpful in this tough situation. Glad to call him a new friend and looking forward to seeing him again soon for my bike and track-related needs. Can’t recommend him and Bike Armory enough — he’s the man!
