This is the best O’Reilly ever! Jack is incredibly knowledgeable and the entire staff is very helpful. It is wonderful to have them in the neighborhood. I’ve been in a few times now and every time is 5 stars or above!
Went in with a friend to see if they could check the battery, alternator, and starter. Fernando accomplished all three test and offered to call a regular customer nearby that could check the starter. I worked in customer service for 25 years and Fernando offered superb customer service. I am going to call his manager and Corporate Customer Relation to report our pleasure with Fernando's assistance.
Excellent service!!! Fernando went above and beyond to help me with my car! My second time to go back, all the other staff were just as friendly and provided excellent customer service. Great store!

🔴BUT the O'Reilly store next to the freeway in San Rafael is among the worst help I've ever known. Sandra and the management SHOULD BE FIRED.
Above and beyond. Nice store, super knowledgeable staff and great prices. These guys saved me a trip to the mechanic. Highly recommended!
