He’s knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience. He listened to my concerns and worked diligently with me to ensure that my car repairs would be handled properly with my extended warranty company and in a timely manner. He took time on his day off to follow up with the warranty company to get the an update on their approval so that work could begin immediately upon his return the next day. That is going the extra mile! Would recommend Kyle to anyone bringing their car into Autobahn for service. I just purchased a second Mercedes-Benz and I will be requesting Kyle as my advisor going forward.

(March 3, 2023, 10:39 pm)My tire started leaking air quickly on 101. I called Autobahn while I was driving and they assured me I had run flat tires and I could safely drive to the dealership. Andrew wrote up the service request perfectly and promised a new tire would arrive by 5pm. The service was completed on time and professionally. The shuttle driver was friendly and efficient. Andrew took care of the elements covered by warranty and everything went perfectly. Great job team!

Thursday morning my check engine light came on and I called and they got me in the same day, fixed the issue, and I was able to pick up my car Friday by noon. Ralph was my technician and he was professional and friendly, and it was great that he kept me notified via text on what the issue was and when it would be resolved. The gentlemen at the service desk was very professional as well. Just an overall good experience with knowledgeable and welcoming staff.

(November 3, 2022, 11:09 am)My rear tires on E350 were worn out and needed replacement. I called Autobahn Motors and they scheduled me for the next Monday with a loaner car. I was impressed by the availability. When I got there, the service department facility was so modern with automatic roll-up entrance doors. My assigned service advisor Anthony was very pleasant to work with and found me the tires in stock and applied a promotional discount. Great customer care! The entire experience was wonderful. I will definitely come back to this place and strongly recommend it to others.

He possesses customer-care-driven qualities and is a total package consultant. In the past, I used to bring my car to Autobahn MB but lately, I changed my mind because I want to try MBSF on Gellert Blvd, SSF since it's a block away from my house. As a first-time customer with them, I got a nightmare! People there are unreliable and creepy. They kept my car for a week, no service done and the findings they have to my car is big disbelief and charged me $21K😳for an engine problem?! What a joke! I called Autobahn MB and made an appt. The 40k Miles Service is well executed! Thank you so much, Johnny Lam! You're my angel and my savior. I appreciate your service and truthfulness. I can never go wrong bringing my car to Autobahn MB c/o Johnny Lam!🥰

(July 23, 2019, 5:21 pm)I recently had a 17 year old scar removed from my upper lip. I was terribly nervous about the treatment and prior to meting Stan had visited multiple clinics in the city. Every Doctor I met prior still left me unsure and scared about the treatment, but once I met Stan all my fears were put to rest. He did an incredible job on correcting the scar and I would highly recommend him for any of the treatments his clinic offers. The whole team were warm, welcoming, and always made me feel at ease.

I immediately felt comfortable with him after my very first consultation. The reason I chose Dr. Poulos was based on the results of several friends who had him as a surgeon with AMAZING results. He is genuinely interested in the well being of his patients and will go to great lengths to make sure you have exactly the results YOU want. I've seen over and over again beautiful results, on myself and others, that look natural and take years off without looking over done. He is the best, I recommend him to everyone and would look nowhere else if you want the latest and greatest offerings in plastic surgery.
