Elise was great in both my skin consultation and facial. She listened to my skin problems, recommended the best facial for me as well as often, and gave me tips on products. The facial was good and relaxing and my skin has been looking great since coming in!

I am beyond delighted with the care I have received from Dr. Douglas and his team at PSS. I expected to be in great hands, and my actual experience far exceeded expectations. This is a practice that is the antithesis of a one-stop, transactional service. Dr. Douglas is among the top one percentile of surgeons in the world. He is brilliant and kind – he patiently answers my plethora of questions as though he has all the time in the world (and surely, he doesn't). The lovely, accommodating staff greets me by name and smiles every time. As a persnickety human, I'm not in the habit of gushing about many things, but I can gush about Dr. Douglas and his outstanding team all the day long. Thank you!

Dr. Trent Douglas is very gentle. He corrected another practice's shoty work on my face. I went to Beverly Hills thinking the work would be better but I now realize the best facial artists are here in Marin County. Dr. Trent Douglas did an excellent job removing pdo threads that busted in my face. He removed the thread that busted and sunk directly to the front my chin. He performed this extraction without leaving a GASH, a DIBIT or a CRATER in my face. He is truly an exceptional facial surgery artist

Melissa Seehusen is the RN I see for Botox now 3 times! She has a very good eye for elegant subtle enhancements with Botox. I’ve never been disappointed with a service from her. I look forward to coming back to her every 6 months or so. Couldn’t recommend her more to anyone looking for someone to get Botox with.
