Nick, the owner is a great guy,, very friendly and always tries to accommodate your request.
I am a regular user of cryotherapy and I only use Nrrrr here locally. It really benefits me for injury recovery, workout recovery , joints and arthritis.

It takes a little getting used to because of the cold, but it feels great afterwards. Nick will work you into to the colder temps so your first one won’t be the coldest. A side benefit is it does help with weight loss,
You also feel a nice burst of energy after the 3 minute session.
Highly recommend Brrrf and support our local businesses!

I went in and could not even bend down to take off shoes or put on the socks because my back was so bad. After one session I was able to remove the socks and walk out much easier. After the 2nd session I was back to normal

Nick is a great guy and brrr cryotherapy is wonderful. I recommend anyone to go check this place out. It is clean and Nick explains the process, benefits, and what is going to happen very throughly. So if it is your first time and you maybe anxious about doing cyrotherapy, I suggest you give this place and Nick a try for a great experience. I would go all the time but I do not live in the area. Thanks for a great cryotherapy experience nick and Brrrrr Cryotherapy.

Cryofacial. Loved it. Very relaxing environment. Nick is a professional and friendly owner.
Asthetics of the shop are super cute and clever. it's really clean and a fun place.
