I've lived here for tow years. Beautiful community and unique apartments forsure. Love my neighbors and the leasing office is very helpful! Maintenance is on it as well. Unbeatable locations in the Fremont area as well. would definitely recommend!

I lived in Pinebrook Apartments for 18 months and it was one of the best places I stayed at ! I love the area, it is super quiet, peaceful and safe. The complex is as well. Most people living there are either professionals or small size families. No one bothers anyone, you hardly see your neighbors ever. My apartment was so beautiful and clean. All my appliances were fairly new. I hardly required maintenance done. My apartment was in the heart of the complex, so I never had to deal with street noise, if any, or hot summer days. You have an assigned parking spot and ample street parking. Plenty of shopping stores within walking distance (cvs, Starbucks, lucky, gas stations, fast food, etc..) Never heard of crimes happening in the area (e.g. car break-ins, etc..) The management is amazing, everyone is super friendly and helpful. Claudia (manager) is easy going and very understanding. Zaid is extremely experienced, kind and supportive as well. I truly enjoyed living at Pinebrook apartments and would definitely recommend it.

Dr Chase is the best vet I've ever seen. Amazing white glove service and true compassion for animals. I am absolutely thankful and blessed to have her take such amazing care of my aging pet. We call her our "guardian angel." Top notch.

I moved in about early June (~6 months ago as of this review) & I am perfectly content writing a positive review for the property & specifically the performance of Zaid, one of the Community Managers.

From the most crucial moments during any move in such as:
Apartment touring & shelter animal adoption processes

to more the tame & mundane things such as:
Issues with Mail, Services in house needing to be performed, Etc.

Zaid was *always* ready & willing to communicate throughout the entire process, even post move-in, which is the one of the more important aspects of choosing an apartment, besides the area & housing itself.

The property itself on the outside looks *admittingly* bland, however the interior of the apartments are renovated & look phenomenal. They also have a pool, however usage is subject to date & times, regardless a plus during the warmer times.

I’m happy with my current state of living & wanted to shout out the community manager that’s helped me throughout the process, big thanks to Zaid.

I would highly recommend this fabulous community. Quiet. Peaceful. Friendly staff. Very welcoming and a great place for 1st time renters. Claudia and Zaid from the leasing office are always very helpful. The community in general is maintained very well at all times. Overall a great experience so far.
