We were lucky that there weren't many pets when we went so the wait wasn't too long. Our appointment was at 1:30 and we left at 1:47, so the wait was probably less than half an hour to be seen. My dog is very anxious and scared but the vets were very nice and dealt with him well. They even made his little boot fun with a logo!

My dog Roxy was having shortness of breath in the morning, so I called City Pet since it's really close to home, and they were able to see her right away. The front staff and the tech were attentative. I got a call from the doctor shortly after I dropped Roxy off, she was very detailed about what needed to be done, I didn't have to wait long. I am grateful for the efficiency and prompt attention. I would definitely recommend City Pet.

City Pet Hospital is wonderful! All of the staff were caring and courteous. They were very gentle and thorough with our dogs. Unfortunately, some vets seem to be just a money grab, but these guys are legit! They are now my main vet for our dogs.

I totally recommend City Pet Hospital, while it is complicated to get an appointment for pet care in general in the US, City Pet made it super easy for me to schedule an urgent Health check for my 2 cats. The staff is kind and knowledgeable and the prices are reasonable. I will definitely come back.

We appreciated you taking of Lando so quickly. We felt like he received excellent care and follow up. Christina was absolutely, hands down, the best vet tech ever. She explained everything very clearly and made sure we understood the discharge instructions and medication regiment and then followed up the next day. Lando is doing much better now so thank you again.
