Labcorp

LaSonya is a wonderful phlebotomist. I've been a patient of LabCorp for years and she's drawn blood from me every 3-5 months for that long. She has always treated me respectfully and I am so glad that she's there. She's cheerful, efficient, and easy to get along with. Incidentally, if you see a hundred people and three or four write negative reviews, somehow those negative reviews get BIG and tower over the many in which everything went smoothly. Anyway, I feel comfortable with all of the staff—hello, Mabel—and I want to say thanks. Plus I'm so grateful that this location has reopened. Allen

They were nice! Friendly with my kid - sweet, offered a sticker to her. Nothing negative at all! We had to wait about 10-15 minutes but we were there just after 8 so there was the morning rush. We didn’t have an appointment.

09/30/2022 - I wanted to leave feedback to counter the negative comments I saw here for this location because my experience was the opposite. I was seen by Mabel, who did a TON of bloodwork for me, and she was amazing. I get very nervous when having blood taken, and I'm so grateful to her distracting me throughout the process and just being so pleasant and comforting all around. As for logistics, street parking is easy to find, the online scheduling & check-in process was easy and fast, the lab was empty on a Friday afternoon. I would recommend this location as opposed to other LabCorp locations I've been to.

My teenager needed a blood test. We first tried Quest diagnostics near Alta Bates hospital, but the line there was huge and you had to make an appointment online. We just walked in to Labcorp on Solano. Check-in is done at the automated kiosks. It was super easy. We got everything done in less than 20 min. The lab workers were very nice and efficient.
