Power to the Healing

If anyone is interested in Reiki healing I would recommend going to Melissa! This was my first doing reiki healing and I was a bit nervous at first but first Melissa has such a welcoming and peaceful presence that it put me at ease. After the session my body felt the most relaxed it’s felt in years and not sure how to explain it but I feel lighter. I continue to work on myself but Reiki is a tool that I will return to. If you’re on your healing journey or just the beginning of it then I’d recommend giving reiki a try specially with Melissa. Thank you for what you do ❤️🙏

Melissa is a talented healer! I visited her a few months postpartum for a first reiki session. Seriously not knowing what to expect I shared some history and hoped for the best. As she moved her hands over my body I could feel bursts of energy making its way through some of those most sensitive and blocked areas of my body. I left feeling significantly less anxious and serene. Will definitely visit her again!

What a healing experience! I booked with Melissa for a full energy healing session, including a mini-facial. We had a little chat before the session, just so I was aware of what it would entail. I also told her about the intentions I had set for the session. Her calming and positive presence created a space that felt safe and trusting - this was important to me because Reiki and any kind of energy work can be such a vulnerable experience.

I went in to release some trauma and grief that I have been carrying around, and also to re-tune my chakras that have gotten blocked due to a year of stress from the COVID-19 pandemic. For anyone skeptical of energy work, I would say if you're already doing traditional talk therapy, energy healing is complementary to that. Instead of healing through talk, energy work is healing through the soul. In combination, it can be powerful in your healing journey. We are more than just our body - our soul and spirit are important also. So if you wanted to try an energy healing session for the first time or pick it back up again, Melissa is extremely intuitive, and experienced.

I walked out super refreshed and was informed that my crown and root chakras needed some continued love and care - Melissa was able to give me advice on what meditations to try out.
