There are no freight elevators and the passenger elevators are too shallow to accommodate a 7' sofa even stood on end. The guys from Elite went the extra mile, almost literally. They took away my old sofa and delivered the new one via a scenic trail at the back of the complex! Thank you for taking the extra time to get the job done. You. Rock!

What impressed me the most was that Anthony called just before arriving and showed up just as anticipated.
