Everything was delivered in time place in order. Perfect. The amazing thing is when I call now because the base is not properly working: I have a team coming over tomorrow to have it fixed. Best customer experience!

He didn’t just try to sell us the most expensive bed in the place, but took us on a tour of all the different options until we found the one that fit us perfectly. It is not easy to find that kind of service these days! 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone who is looking into a new mattress to go with Mattress Firm in downtown San Mateo!
