I had an excellent experience from the first phone call with Iris she was an excellent customer service rep, and it was refreshing to get a friendly , caring person on the other line. Our bathroom had a bad smell we had an another company come out and they quoted us $17,000 to re-pipe our 1200 square-foot mobile home. They were going redo all of the sewer pipes. We thought that was a bit much so when I called Iris, she sent her excellent crew out to take a look we had. Jesus told us a Vent that was open that was causing the smell and a leak under our shower we were charged $1400 to fix our problem. Jesus was also amazing. We had the best experience, the most professional, the most caring, and the most fair company I have ever worked with.

CalTek plumbing was extremely helpful for me this weekend and I highly recommend them.
My kitchen faucet was leaking and needed to be replaced, Caltek provided exellent customer service and advise. Compared to other prices and they were competitive and were able to provide same day service.

My water main broke in several places right before Thanksgiving!!! Jesus and Luis came to my rescue with professional, fair , caring and expert work. They gave me several repair options and then got right to work on my project. So grateful to find this kind of response and outcome . They made a bad situation end smoothly and seamlessly. Called CalTek plumbing just yesterday and got me in the next day. Rudy helped us out did a great job! He pin pointed out issue right away and fixed it quickly! He was very professional and polite ! Would most definitely recommend.
