Excellent customer service from start to finish. They said what'd they'd do, provided a fair price and then proceeded to do what they said. The gentleman who came to actually do the work was professional friendly and got the job done. There was no slacking no excuses nothing. He didn't lollygag and take forever.
We initially considered going with a private plumber but then I read an article in Forbes it talked about Roto-Rooter so I thought well let's give it a shot. And I was not disappointed very pleased and would absolutely Not hesitate to call them again if I needed service done on our plumbing. I also would recommend it to anyone who has a job that needs to be done and done well.

The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful, they make the entire experience very worthwhile and I would suggest this storage to anyone.

Great communication over the phone & excellent service to resolve the flooding issue in my home. Arrived on scene faster than expected especially during the storm.

I had an excellent experience from beginning to end with Jim, Val and Miguel. They mitigated my leak and found the problem quickly. They were professional, responsive, helpful and friendly. This is one of the most customer friendly companies I have encountered. My main water broke. I thought it was going to take a few days to make the repair. The technician came the same day during after hours and was able to make the repair the same night. My house was back up and running the next day. This was the only company that was willing to come after hours in the Vacaville area.
