Took my car in without an appointment. Staff were receptive to my issues and said they would take care of the car. Approximately one week later I had my car back fixed. All issues were fixed. When I picked up the car it was freshly washed and vacuumed. Extremely happy with their service.

I am a BMW of San Rafael first time buyer as I live in Texas -- they had the 2022 M5c I wanted AND....at MSRP to boot. Luis Chinchilla was my sales associate and I have to say he was nothing short of awesome.

Luis was responsive. Savvy. Smart. Friendly. Caring. And just overall a great guy.

It was rare to see such genuine enthusiasm and integrity ensuring all my vehicle needs were met. Luis is actually the modern day hero of Customer Service! Also big thanks to the BMW Genius Coleman Clemons, he helped me with understanding how technolagy on my new BMW M4 comp this man knows his stuff! and is very patient! Just bought my car from Luis this past Friday and to be honest I was definitely worried. I’m up in Sacramento and buying a car when you can’t see it in person is pretty tricky. Luis sent me pictures he was knowledgeable about the car and answered all my questions without wait. He and their finance guy Ben were able to get a hell of a deal. Deal was soo good I signed before seeing the car! If you’re looking for a used BMW I highly recommend Luis and everyone over at BMW of San Rafael. Shout to Coleman their BMW Genius for giving me a run down of the car too! Good people, great car, I’m a happy customer!
