Fix Auto San Rafael

Greg at San Rafael and one of the owners, Aaron Lofrano, gave us the most amazing customer service on each occasion we used them. We would not use any one else. We are repeat customers and have sent many friends and relatives to Lofrano & Son’s Fix Auto and all have thanked us and said the work and service was exceptional. 5 stars are not enough! 10 stars would fit better, whether it’s auto body work, mechanical, electrical or anything related to auto repair. Fix Auto is a blessing. My window trim had broken and another shop quoted me over $1000 for "broken door hinges". I immediately called Fix Auto for a competitive quote.
In less than 5mins, Greg @ Fix Auto identified that my door hinges are fine and my trim was poorly installed. After the new trim arrived total bill was $200 and job was done in less than an hour.
Excellent communication. Superb customer service. Couldn't ask for more.

Greg and his team were able to remove a large and rather ugly dent in my bumper, sparing me the expense of replacing it. The result: good as new! A truly excellent job.

From Sam, who graciously answered the phone and listened attentively to Greg who listened some more, asked questions and fit me in to evaluate the next step.
Upon arrival Greg explained and showed me the cause of the problem all while fixing it on the spot! Despite both of them being quite busy their professionalism and next level kindness really blew me away. Thank you.

Re: the one bad review. This reviewer was wondering why is stopping in on a Friday different than stopping in on a Monday? They are both just days of the week so what's the difference? Well it so happens that there is a thing and it's called a weekend. Anyhoo this weekend thing always follows a Friday, but never a Monday. That's the difference : )

I don’t usually write reviews for places but my experience today at Fix Auto was incredible. Absolute top notch service from estimator Greg K! I had the unfortunate luck of my hood latch failing on me and my hood flying up while driving. It left my hood slightly bent out of shape and unable to open or close. But Greg at Fix Auto took care of me! He went above and beyond his line of duty to come outside, take a look at my hood and proceed to fix it on the spot! Not only did Greg save me tons of hassle, he also saved me $$ and time. I must have driven around to 5 or more Auto Body shops before stopping at Fix Auto. They all told me I would need an appointment just for them to look at it, and that I would likely need a new hood and body work to get it to open & close again. Instead of taking time to help me out all they wanted was my $$. But Greg at Fix was different, you could tell he wanted to help, just to help. We don’t have enough of that type of service anymore. So do yourself a favor and go see Greg at Fix!
