Honda Marin

Service folks were polite and knowledgeable. I am not happy with Honda Corporate since I paid $390 for a new fob.key- My car only has 14,600 miles and missed the 36 month warranty by two weeks. I would not expect such poor quality at 14,600 miles. My wife and I were looking at a new Odyssey - now I believe we will look at other makes and models. This unnecessary expense just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I would’ve been happy if I had been offered something like a free oil change in the future - the three-year warranty expired weeks earlier.

Marin Honda is the best dealer I've ever experienced. They genuinely care about their customers and treat them as family. When I shopped for a car, they gave me a no pressure and caring experience. The general manager, Yama, and Matt are fantastic. Everyone there is kind and genuinely want to see their customers happy with their purchase. I can't say enough about how great they are. I highly recommend the Marin Honda team to take care of your car needs. They've got some really cool tech for signing all the paperwork too. I will be back in the future for sure to buy my next car! Yama Nazar and Matthew Pence are a dream team, I don't have the finance persons name but he too is a gem! I came here on Black Friday not expecting anything but to get my offer for my car. Low and behold and after checking out a new 2023 HRV I think I was quietly in love, although contained myself well. Yama was a complete gentleman and he was real upfront with me and everything he told me was right on the money! He even knew my insurance would be no more than $10 more per month! It actually was less! I could sense he was sincere and we spoke about our families, he even shared photos of his precious mother and father. At first I did not qualify but the finance person went through a different credit union and got me a lower rate than even my own credit union! After the test drive and the realization of not having a care for almost three months, I knew it was time! I got a great deal, was treated very well, and at the end before I drove off as we thanked each other I went to shake Yamas hand, he immediately gave me a hug! WOW! They certainly don't make car salesmen like this! And Matthew in the signing office was awesome too! We got to talking about recipes, how we cooked our turkeys and other culinary conversation. Needless to say I left there hungry! Nice family here at Honda! I highly recommend Yama and his awesome team and I hope their General manager sees this review and treats his team to a nice little something special!! Way to go!!! My first Honda experience makes me think, what was I waiting for?

We bought a 2022 Honda Passport from Marin Honda and the whole experience was excellent. Our salesperson, Brian Pecek, was engaged, professional and wonderful to talk with. We never felt "pressured" and he was customer first the entire time. This professionalism extended to the Finance Manager, Yvonne and to the young man who showed us all the bells and whistles of the new car. Overall, this was the BEST car buying experience we have ever had and we would highly recommend Marin Honda and Brian and the whole team to anyone who needed a new or used car. Outstanding customer service!
