Cute beach for their tide pools.

As long as people don't smash the Sea Life on the tide pools. Fine. Please bring small bag pick up the plastics. There are public toilets at the top in the parking lot. Please drive slow. There are deer about to give birth meaning baby deer along Elm and Alder. This beach is usually windy. Bring a hooded jacket.

It's definitely pretty. Tide pools are okay. Its just pretty out of the way. Not really worth going to see for itself but if you're nearby, not a bad choice.

Look at a tide chart before visiting. Low tide provides a very cool tidepooling experience while high tide makes it difficult to navigate or enjoy the space.

Wonderful place to go with kids during low tide. I'd say 4-10 age range is probably best but even the adults had fun. Lots of sea creatures to see and a beautiful and scenic sun set really seals the deal

Dr Lee is insightful, sincere and incredibly intelligent. He had me run bloodwork and DNA to best understand me and put me on a course to make up for deficiencies that has changed my life. Dr. Lee is the type of doctor that everyone wishes they have. He takes the time to what ales you. Medicine is not a perfect science but Dr. Lee puts his considerable knowledge and resources into getting you on the right track to wellness.

Over the many years I have been his patient he never doesn't have the time to help. Recently I had food poisoning. In two text messages he told me what to take and also what to look out for in terms of recovery. Its this type of help that keeps me well.

Dr. Lee is not your average GP. I actually look forward to seeing him. Not only does he really listen to you, but he doesn't give the same humdrum, cookie cutter advice you're used to getting.
Although he's a top-notch MD, he has no problem thinking outside the prescription paradigm to suggest herbal remedies, lifestyle changes, or whatever else might get you the best result with the least damage.
My favorite thing about Dr. Lee: he always asks, "What else? If you could change one thing to feel better, what would it be?" WHO DOES THAT?!
Anyway, I can't say enough about him. He's totally changed my life and I hope he lives and works until he's 150 years old, because no one can take his place.

Dr. Lee is the very best Wellness Dr I have every met. Gets to the root of the problem and help you learn life shifts, suggests supplements not always large pharma "patches". I trust him with my life and he's taken care of myself and my children for 20 years. The best. Don't give a 2nd thought!

Dr. Lee is worth every penny of his retainer. Saved me from multiple emergency visits (giving me instructions on what to do and sending me directly for an MRI for popped sutures // diagnosing something through a simple test and instructions if not resolved in a few hours). He helped me return to health after chronic illness that others had no route out of. Labs, tests are all covered and he spends 60-90 minutes with you when you see him and is available when needed. He asks the questions others don’t know to ask and intuitively gets how to enable bodies to recover, get strong and become resilient again.
