925 Collision Repair

By Army standards, I give this place five stars. By civilian standards, this wouldn't make it past one or two stars.
The Novato location is fantastic, you are close to San Francisco and less than an hour to Russian River and Sonoma wine country. For the price, in this area, it can't be beat. The facility is terribly outdated, but relatively clean and very safe & quiet.

We stayed in the corner suite and the room was very outdated. The furniture was in very good condition, but the rug was worn and had a few stains. The queen size bed was stiff but usable. However, more than one pillow per person would be great. We didn't try the TV but it was a newer model. The Wi-Fi connected but it connected without internet. That was disappointing, but we had great cell phone coverage. The room got chilly in early November but they had a space heater with thermostat control on it. That worked very well to keep us comfortable.

The facility was very easy to find and there was a key waiting for us in the dropbox. We had received email instructions and the lock box worked perfectly.

To summarize, if you have been in the military a few years then this place will meet your expectations. If you're bringing your spouse and family here, you have to make sure they are prepared for lower-than-civilian standards.

Ross and the crew are very responsive and attentive. I'm here to work, and the place is well maintained, safe and affordable.

After a recent fender bender, I took my car to this shop at the recommendation of my brother who works for CarMax, and after the amazing service I received, I can't imagine taking my car anywhere else in the future. The owner Sandra was so kind and treated me like family from the get-go. When I came to pick up my car after the repairs, it was pristine. So thankful I found this repair shop, and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Being the owner of a luxury B&B in Ohio, I was not sure what to expect since my standards are a bit high. I must say, I was very pleasantly surprised! It was very obvious there has been a lot of attention to detail to make sure your stay is comfortable and pleasant. Plenty of towels, personal care products and linens. I loved the fancy towel display in the bathroom. Room was fully equipped with a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. It was also nice there was a laundry area on site. I loved the idea of a full shared kitchen, although I did not use it, but it was nice to know for next time. Plenty of coffee and condiments provided. For the price, it was an excellent place to stay. The area was clean, safe and well lit. I will definitely being staying again! Thank you again for such a nice place to stay!

When my vehicle recently needed some serious work, I was dismayed by the price quoted me by the dealership; moreover, they wanted me to wait up to ten days before they could schedule an appointment.
