Yoga at Village 360

I’m so grateful to have such a wonderful yoga studio close to home. The space is amazing and the perfect setting to practice. Dorene and the other instructors are excellent. Such an asset to our community and it offers a variety of classes for all levels.The goat yoga was so much fun!

I was very impressed with my Yoga experience last night with Noelle Joy! She did breathwork and centering, a good amount of yoga postures and advised modifications, and sound bath at end. Very good teacher and experience! I love the location at Village 360 with the vineyard and hill views! So relaxing and restorative! I will come back and mention her to others I know!

I love coming to yoga here because both Doreen and Rachel’s classes are so what I need and the view is amazing! Dorene makes Yoga for Everybody just that! She makes the classes fun and challenging at the same time. Her wealth of knowledge & body awareness helps you understand the movements. And, that it's okay to just move to where your body tells you to. Rachel's Candlelight Restorative & Yin class I always look forward to when I need to just relax & center. Oh and her homemade teas are so good, you have to try them!! My sleep is always amazing afterwards! You can't go wrong with these amazing instructors & the breathtaking views!!

I randomly took a class here with Dorene Adams & I was only doing it just to give new things a try. But from the moment I walked in I was welcomed with love and instantly felt at peace. I am an African American and I am also plus size . I never thought yoga was for my body type. However Dorene Adams proved me so wrong. My body was doing things I didn’t know it could do. When I walked into class I was having terrible back pain and was super tense. & after the class I felt so refreshed and my body felt so relaxed and at ease ! She really has a true gift and is beyond amazing at what she does . That same day I booked my next class and implanted her class into my self care schedule. Thank you so much Dorene for being amazing !

I was so happy to find your yoga classes Dorene! You have been the best yoga instructor I have ever had. You really make it a practice for every body, never excluding someone, and always creating a warm and welcoming environment. Your knowledge of anatomy takes this class to another level and the view is a huge added perk! Thank you for all you do! Can't wait for tonight's class :)
