I highly recommend CrossFit Solano. The staff, coaches and members are very welcoming and very supportive.
Between the Covid shut down and having a cancer kidney removed. I was pretty much inactive for about a year. I’m 64 years old and have been feeling a lot aches and pains, and just slowing down in general. But only after a couple of months of joining CrossFit Solano and a change in my diet my aches and pains slowly turned into high energy feeling stronger and a boost to my confidence of what I can do as a senior working out to my individual abilities it’s nice to belong to a gym that feels like a community.

One of the best gyms I've seen so far! Amazing coaches, solid programming, no drama, great equipment and community spirit is strong. I love being a part of this fit family 💕.

I was recently in Solano and dropped in a few times. The people were very friendly and The morning coach was awesome. I felt that they focused more on good form instead of the numbers of reps.

My husband and I stayed in the area for a fortnight, and CF Solano was our vacation gym, we joined in on the morning classes which was super convenient and nice. Classes have a very good structure, so you get to work in the hour! Thanks for having us Lo!

I went there on Christmas Day for a drop in. Everyone were super friendly and cool. We had a 12day a of Christmas workout( which I loved it). I really appreciate all athletes and coach from Solano CF for potluck after the workout. They invited me and I had some food with them as well.
