The customer service was top-notch they were extremely accommodating and friendly. Ari the manager is so kind, professional and answered my questions and emails promtly. The facilities have been very well maintained with excellence maintenance service. My child and I have felt safe and secure at all times. the neighborhood was great - there were plenty of restaurants, parks, shopping centers, and other amenities nearby. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for a great place to live that has plenty to do! Thank you, Ygnacio for the wonderful experience.

Maintenance man is an angel, the Residence app is so easy to use, paying rent is so easy, the facilities are clean and well maintained, and they give plenty if notice whenever widespread maintenance needs to done (i.e. chimney sweeps, annual AC filter changes). Its so quiet here, and the few people I’ve met just in passing have been so friendly!
