(October 7, 2021, 6:44 pm)Moved here about 2 months ago. Tara, who’s in charge of the leasing office, was an amazing help! She was kind and patient, despite having to do the work of 2 or 3 people — running the leasing office, getting us everything we needed to move in, answering phone calls, helping people with maintenance issues... She’s a superstar who I think deserves both a raise and an assistant.
Not only was the move-in process smooth, but I love the apartment itself. Huuuuge patio, 2 free parking spaces, a nice view of redwoods from our back window, access to a pool (about a 15 min walk away), public garden anyone can use, 2 floors, vaulted ceilings on the 2nd floor making the space feel very spacious (9 ft at the lowest point, 15 ft at the highest), and almost 100% soundproof — I barely ever hear my neighbors! Speaking of neighbors, everyone is very kind and friendly.
Our neighbors have told us that cars been broken into (locks picked but no windows broken), but we haven’t experienced it. We just make sure not to leave anything expensive outside the apartment or in the car.
