XP360 Strength & Conditioning

Enjoyed all the workouts. Have been going to this gym for more than 8 months and will continue next year as well. Communication has been very easy. Xavier and Stacy give a good overview of the workout before the start of the session. The monthly newsletter helps me to understand what to expect in the upcoming month.

XP360 is a great gym! Some of the top features that I like about this place:

1. Xavier and Stacy are great at coaching and introducing some of the difficult compound movements (especially if you’re relatively new)

2. It’s a group workout setup consisting of 6-8 people which is a great balance of receiving personalized feedback and motivation. It’s a community basically as we log our progress on SugarWOD app.

3. Great set of exercises focusing on building strength, stamina and overall fitness. It involves learning new skills to perform complex exercises, improves your cardio/endurance.

This is an awesome gym!!! Xavier and Stacy are great coaches and they train you according to your skill level. I have come a long way in building strength, all thanks to them! I remember the first day when I was intimidated by even an empty barbell and now I do deadlifts with 100 pounds!!! I highly recommend this gym to folks who want build their strength and stamina, and also have a lot of fun while doing it!

This is more than a gym to me!! Xavier and Stacy have built a family rather than just a gym... the folks are warm, welcoming, and competitive too... Xavier, the coach is super talented... He is motivating as well as extremely patient while correcting my form and technique!!! Some of the movements are very complicated but he makes sure I get it right..it may take a day, a week or a month but he doesn't give up and even better, he makes sure that I don't get frustrated and give up as well. Stacy is the go-to person if you have any other issue other than the workout/exercise/movements (She definitely can help with the work-out as well.. she is an all rounder). Definitely recommend this place..

Sunnyvale’s hidden gem gym spot! 2 morning classes and 2-3 evening classes! Xavier specializes in strength/conditioning and has boxing classes available as well. Classes run for 1 hour sessions and classes are normally exceed up to 12 people max. Depending on time schedules, usually about 6 people joining in a class but varies and sometimes classes are filled up! Xavier & Stacy are super friendly and approachable. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to form and technique and they push you to do your best. They make it comfortable for first timers and beginners. Workouts are challenging but are so much fun especially when you’re in the zone and people are there supporting you. Give it a try! It has helped me these past months grow mentally and physically stronger. Love the tight knit community they have there, we’re all family and here to get our fitness on and be healthy. Together, everyone is an athlete (:
