AquaPie

Training with Mystie​ has been a game changer for me. I've lived an extremely active lifestyle. After years of everyday wear and tear my body was in constant pain. I had tried Pilates multiple times in the past. I know how beneficial this type of training is but it never grabbed my attention. Misty has changed that for me, I found her from fantastic reviews from users but I'm always skeptical until I tried it myself. Mystie is exactly what they said passionate and and very detailed. I noticed a huge difference after the first class. Within two weeks I was pretty much pain free. My back didn't hurt from standing to long. My knees were no longer in pain. I had a consistent tingling in my back that has faded away, I also noticed a change in my body composition. She keeps classes small, I like having the extra attention vs larger classes that focus on volume not form. Mystie knows how to teach! In my opinion she is worth every penny.

Mystie is extremely knowledgeable and a great Pilates trainer. I have taken both private and group classes and am still learning/improving every class. Mystie focuses on posture correction, alignment and strengthening. Aquapie has a mix of classes - corealign, mat, chair, barre classes and each one of them help in overall strengthening in different ways. I highly recommend Aquapie & Mystie to anyone looking for Pilates in Sunnyvale area.

I love this South Bay Studio!! I moved my workouts from Mt. View to Aqua Pie in Sunnyvale, and have been very pleased with the new studio. The location is easy to find, the equipment is new, and the studio is well-layed out. Mystie is a wonderful trainer with expert body knowledge. Her positive energy and creativity keep the sessions fun and challenging. Shje is attentive to her clients and able to modify training sessions to best meet my body's specific need. The Core Align has been critical in my improved health and movement. Aqua Pie offers many training and physical therapy options, including Pilates: mat, reformer, rhair, as well as Core Align and Barre. i really enjoy how Msytie is able to incorporate these options into training sessions that improve my core strength, balance, and functional movements all while decreasing my low-back and rib pain. It's a great place to prevent injuries, and/or regain strong movement after an injury. It's better movement for your life!! I highly recommend Mystie and Aqua Pie.

A friend recommended that I'd give Pilates a try after their positive experience at AquaPie with Mystie. As a runner for decades, I was very surprised to find how beneficial the technique and instruction has been to my overall strength and flexibility. I've also noticed the improvement in posture and lack of back and neck aches. Mystie is an awesome instructor with a well trained eye to understand where you need to work and how to make improvements.

I've been doing Pilates group classes for a couple years before coming to AquaPie, but when I moved to Sunnyvale I found myself needing a new studio. I am SO glad I found Mystie! She really does stand above the rest. Mystie is extremely attentive to her students and I have seen great results. She listened to my concerns, mainly scoliosis, posture, and wanting a nice body :) and tailored her routine to help target these areas. I have learned a lot about my body and always look forward to coming here.
